"This is my first time going back to a groomer after a year or so for my ol' gal, Meredith. She's had trauma in the past with people who have groomed her so I was a little worried. But bringing her there was so easy. I was greeted so warmly; and Jacob (?) up front was so kind. He reassured me that Meredith would be in good hands and he asked questions thoroughly to ensure that the groomer would be ready for Mer. The grooming and the bath was timely! I was back in two hours and she was all ready to go! She wasn't antsy or anxious. But as a matter of fact, I came back to Jacob chilling with Meredith. I will definitely be coming back! The cut was great and Mer is as fluffy as ever, yet clean and orderly now!"
